Registration

1. How do I register?

When the new customer places a order over our website www.namastechennai.com, phone# 9080354862 or by mailing us to cs@namastechennai.com, we automatically register the customer.

 

2. Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on Namastechennai.com is absolutely free.

 

3. Do I have to necessarily register to shop on NamasteChennai.com?

You can add products to the order without registration and we will automatically register you when you place orders.

 

4. Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one   Namastechennai.com account.

 

5. Can I have multiple delivery addresses in same registration?

Yes, an account on  can be associated with any number of delivery address. But Multiple location delivery is not available right now.

 

Payment

1. What are the modes of payment?

"You can pay for your order on Namastechennai.com Through UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking facilities provided by PayU or Paytm

 

2. Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is GST added to the invoice?

The GST is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by NamasteChennai.com to your order. There is a delivery charge of Rs. 100 on all orders. Terms : The "All Branded Products Prices" listed in our website will be applicable till stock last. For "New Stock" the New Prices (MRP) will be aplicable. Product Manufactures can change the Price (MRP) of there products with out any prior information.

3. Is cash on delivery available? 

Cash on delivery is available only for Fashion related products right now. We are working on to extend it to other categories.

 

Delivery Related

1. When will I receive my order?

Once you ordered your products, the delivery would happen in the in 2-5 days after dispatch.

 

2. How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

You can change you delivery info either by calling us @9080354862 or mailing us at cs@namastechennai.com.Please quote your phone# while requesting

3.How much are the delivery charges?

There is a standard Delivery Charge of Rs. 100 on order of any amount

 

4. How can I track delivery of my order?

You will be intimated via sms and email at every stage of your order processing, right from order confirmation till the dispatch.

 

5. Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery. 

 

6. What is the minimum order for delivery? 

There is no minimum order for delivery. but we charge a nominal delivery charge of Rs 100 for all orders.

1. How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

 

2. Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

You can order an item which is out of stock, we will try our best effort to make that item available for you

 

3. How do I check the current status of my order?

The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

 

4. How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?

You will receive an email as well as an sms about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.

 

5.  When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order before we dispatch the order by contacting our customer support team.

1. Do you have offline stores? 

No we are a purely internet based company and do not have any brick and mortar stores.

 

2. What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

 

3. How do I return products purchased on namastechennai.com?

Products purchased on NamasteChennai.com can be returned within a 7 day period if unopened and in resaleable condition. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange for pick up of product.

 

4. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

The amount will be refunded to your NamasteChennai.com account to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.
